Consultation - Laser Tattoo Removal

Cancellation Policy

Consultations are charged at £20. However, if you choose to go ahead with your tattoo removal journey, the cost of the consultation will be redeemable against your first treatment. This fee is fully refundable if you cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 72 hours in advance. If you cancel or reschedule within 72 hours of your appointment, this fee will be forfeited. To rebook, a new consultation fee will be required. Following our pre-care instructions helps us keep you safe and ensures your treatment is as effective as possible. If you arrive for your appointment and we're unable to go ahead because the pre-care steps haven't been followed, we'll need to reschedule. In this case, your original fee will be forfeited, and a new consultation fee will be required to rebook your appointment. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to complete the service. If the appointment cannot be carried out we will try our best to accommodate you, however, we may be required to rebook your appointment for an alternative date. If we are required to move your appointment to an alternative date, a new consultation fee will be required to rebook.
