Booking and Cancellation Policy
To help us provide the best service to all of our valued clients, we've outlined our appointment and cancellation policies below. These guidelines are in place to ensure that we can continue offering quality services and accommodate all of our clients fairly.
Booking Fees & Deposits
Estimates: Estimates are provided free of charge via the online enquiry form. Please note that these estimates could change based on what we learn during your face-to-face consultation. Your guaranteed fixed price will be confirmed during your consultation.
Consultations: Consultations are charged at £20 and are subject to the same terms as set out in our 'Cancellation & Rescheduling Refund Policy' below. However, if you choose to go ahead with your tattoo removal journey, the cost of the consultation will be redeemable against your first treatment.
Treatments: For all services (Laser Tattoo Removal & Permanent Makeup Removal), a reasonable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of the service.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Refund Policy
Cancellation/Reschedule: Deposits are fully refundable if you cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 72 hours in advance.
Cancellation/Reschedule within 72 Hours: If you cancel or reschedule within 72 hours of your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited. To rebook, a new deposit will be required.
Rescheduling (Pre-Care Guidelines): Following our pre-care instructions helps us keep you safe and ensures your treatment is as effective as possible. If you arrive for your appointment and we're unable to go ahead because the pre-care steps haven't been followed, we'll need to reschedule. In this case, your original deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to rebook your appointment.
No-Shows & Late Arrivals
No-Shows: If you do no attend your scheduled appointment, your deposit will be forfeited. A new deposit will be required to book any future appointments. If you fail to attend your appointment on more than 1 occasion, CliniClear reserves the right to request that the full cost of the service be paid in advance to rebook your appointment. The cost paid will be subject to the same cancellation and rescheduling terms as set out under 'Cancellation & Rescheduling Refund Policy'.
Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to complete the service. If the appointment cannot be carried out we will try our best to accommodate you, however, we may be required to rebook your appointment for an alternative date. If we are required to move your appointment to an alternative date, a new deposit will be required to rebook.
