To ensure the best experience for all of our clients and to maintain a safe and professional environment, we have established the following policy regarding arrivals, guests and children:
 
Arrivals: At CliniClear, the safety of our clients is our top priority. Due to the use of Class 4 lasers and the importance of maintaining a safe environment, we operate on a one-client-at-a-time basis for appointments. To ensure the highest level of safety and privacy during our services, our clinic door can only be opened from the inside. Please knock at the door upon your arrival and we will welcome you in.
We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive early whilst we are performing laser treatments, we kindly ask that you wait outside until the procedure is finished. We will not be able to admit you into the clinic until the treatment is complete.
 
Single-Service Appointment: Our services are provided on a single-serve basis. As a small, private clinic, we are unable to accommodate extra guests during your appointment. This policy is in place to maintain a personal, focused and efficient treatment environment for all.

No Children Policy:
Although we are child-friendly people at CliniClear, we respectfully do not allow children on the premises as it poses a health and safety risk. At CliniClear, we use Class 4 lasers to provide some of our services, which require strict safety precautions. The presence of children on the premises creates potential safety hazards, and as such, under no circumstances can we permit children on the premises. Non-compliance with this policy may result in your treatment being declined and your deposit forfeited. You will be required to pay a new deposit to rebook. By maintaining this policy, we can ensure a focused, efficient and relaxing environment for all.
